By downloading, accessing, or using the Traqwise mobile application (“App”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Boiyelove International, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Traqwise. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
  • Account Creation: Use of Traqwise may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

4. App Usage and Permissions

  • Permitted Use: Traqwise is a personal finance tracking tool designed for educational and informational purposes.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users shall not use the App for illegal activities, reverse engineering, data scraping, harassment, or violating local laws.
  • Device Permissions: The App requires permissions such as local storage, biometric authentication (optional), and notifications to function correctly.
  • System Requirements: Compatibility with supported mobile operating systems is required. Offline use may be limited.

5. Financial & Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Traqwise is currently free to use. The Company may introduce premium features or subscriptions in future releases.
  • Payment Processing: Any future payments are processed via third-party platforms subject to their terms.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be handled according to applicable app store policies.
  • Tax Responsibilities: Users are responsible for any taxes related to purchases within the App.

6. Data and Privacy

  • Privacy Policy: Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
  • Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of your financial data. The Company does not claim ownership or rights to this data.
  • Data Backup and Recovery: Your financial data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up and securing your data.
  • Data Export and Deletion: The App provides options to export and permanently delete your data.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Traqwise and its content, including software, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Boiyelove International, LLC.
  • User Content: You retain ownership of any data or content you input but grant the Company permission to use aggregated, non-personal data to improve the App.
  • Trademark Usage: Use of the Company’s trademarks without permission is prohibited.
  • Third-Party Content: Any third-party content or services accessible through the App are subject to separate terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • “As-Is” Service: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • No Financial Advice: Traqwise is a tool for tracking personal finances and is not intended to provide financial advice.
  • Accuracy of Calculations: While the App strives for accuracy, the Company does not guarantee calculations and disclaims liability for errors.
  • Liability Limits: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current financial information within the App.
  • Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access.
  • Backup: You should regularly back up your financial data to prevent loss.
  • Legal Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable local laws.

  • Use of Traqwise is subject to the terms of the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other distribution platforms.
  • The App may send push notifications; users can manage or disable these in settings.
  • Offline functionality may be limited and depends on your device and app version.
